FAQ: Appointment Booking

Do I need to book an appointment?

To avoid waiting, we recommend you make an appointment prior to a session. Please email us at appointment@chitreehealth.com or call us at 65189018 for further assistance.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins but they are subject to the practitioners' availability.

How do I book an appointment if I want a session with a specific practitioner?

For any enquiries regarding the various consultation services offered by our healthcare practitioners, please email us at appointment@chitreehealth.com. Our clinic staff will assist you on booking an appointment for a consultation.

Can I book an after-hour appointment?

Yes, you may book an after-hour appointment  with your practitioner subject to his/her availability.  Please email us at appointment@chitreehealth.com with your request.

How can I cancel/reschedule my appointments?

We would appreciate it if you could make any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Do all appointments take place in person or virtually?

In the online booking link sent to you, there will be an option for you to choose a virtual or face-to-face appointment.

Can I get session notes from my practitioner following my appointment?

Yes, you can at a fee of  SGD50. Please let us know if you require a transcript and we will have it ready in 5 working days.

Will there be a grace period if I am late for my appointment?

To be fair to our healthcare practitioners and other clients, there will be no grace period if you arrive late for your appointment. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow ample time for registration.
