You may join or may have already joined and be part of Chi Tree Inter
national community network as:

  • A client , 

  • An Agent or a Financial Advisor ("Sponsor") that generates, rewards and incentivise leads or clients ("User") with dedicated healthcare, lifestyle and wellness services, and provide financial advices, promote insurance services in line with the scope and limitation of your license and certification,

  • A Vendor, Retailer, Partner or a Merchant ("Sponsor") that publishes, markets and promotes healthcare, lifestyle and wellness services to members of WELLNEX ("User") in scope with our Term & Conditions, and generates, rewards and incentivise leads or clients ("User") with dedicated healthcare, lifestyle and wellness services, and provide financial advices, promote insurance services in line with the scope and limitation of your license and certification,

  • A Company Owner ("Sponsor") to reward and incentivise through healthcare, lifestyle and wellness services, promote your services to your employees or your leads or clients ("User"), 

  • An Employee of MY-INSURER PTE LTD that administers MY-INSURER & WELLNEX PLATFORM, and 

  • A "User" of the app WELLNEX APP, invited by a "Sponsor" to become a member of WELLNEX ("User" or "You") to enjoy healthcare, lifestyle, wellness and sponsor services.

Main points to know

  • As a "User", you have agreed to communicate through its "Sponsor" at least 10 data points  become a member of Wellnex :

    • ​Your First and Last Name,

    • Your email,

    • Your Gender,

    • Your Marital Status

    • Your DOB,

    • Your Smoking Status,

    • Your Phone Number,

    • Your Postal Code,

    • Your Citizenship Status, and

    • Your Nationality

  • The data collected are accessible only and at all time by you or your "Sponsor",

  • MY-INSURER PTE LTD will never sell, promote, market, share, communicate your data to any one prior to a clear consent,

  • You and only you may share your data to other "Sponsors" or "Users" of the WELLNEX APP, and

  • You can delete, edit or ask us to delete your data at anytime by writing to Should you ask us to remove or delete you from our Platform we will comply and do it within 48h00 following your demand.

My Insurer Private Limited – Singapore based company No. 201903812R - (“we” or “us” or "MY INSURER") is the operator of the software MY INSURER - (the “Website”), a customer relationship tool, and the mobile application WELLNEX (the "App"), a free rewarding membership program designed to facilitate access to budget-friendly yet quality Healthcare, supplemented by Wellness and Lifestyle offers, calibrated thanks to Users' data profiles. 

We are committed to:

  • Follow any best practices, guidelines, requirements of the privacy, and sponsor policy applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates,

  • Comply to any Data (storage, flow, ownership) Protection Act, laws & regulations applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates, and

  • Make the user journey as enjoyable, safe, clear and lean as possible.

This Privacy Policy is:

  • Compliant with the rules and regulations with the respective countries where MY INSURER operates, and

  • Sets out the basis on which any personal data MY INSURER collects from you, or that you provide to MY INSURER, will be processed by MY INSURER.


  • You must read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we treat it,

  • We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. However, an individual notice will not be sent to you. You will be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the amended Privacy Policy if you continue to use  MY INSURER  after the changes have taken effect,

  • You are reminded to check for updates to this Privacy Policy prior to using the Website and the App,

  • We shall not be liable for any voluntary disclosure of personal information by you to other "Users", "Sponsors" or external parties not pertaining to the "Website" or the "App", and

  • We shall not be liable of any voluntary disclosure of "User" or "Sponsor" personal information by any "Sponsors" to external parties not pertaining to the "Website" or the "App".

1. Collection of Personal Data

  • MY INSURER collects a limited number of "User" personal data on behalf of your "Sponsor",

  • MY-INSURER PTE LTD and your "Sponsor" have collected at least 10 data points from a "User"

    • ​User First and Last Name,

    • User email,

    • User Gender,

    • UserMarital Status

    • User DOB,

    • UserSmoking Status,

    • User Phone Number,

    • User Postal Code,

    • User Citizenship Status, and

    • User Nationality.

  • Such data are collected under "User" strict consent and responsibility, are the sole proprietorship of the "User" and available to the "User via the "App" for editing or deletion at all time, 

  • "User" is not required to provide any other personal data as a condition of using the "Website" and the "App",

  • If the "User" is unable to provide such personal data, MY INSURER will not be able to provide the "User" with the intended services and the access to its "Website" and "App",

  • MY INSURER monitors and collects non-personalised identify information including, but not limited to traffic data, times spent, location data, and the contents "User" access,

  • A "Sponsor" can invite a "User" to provide additional personal data prior to delivering a service or a product,

  • At anytime the "User" and its sponsor may edit, delete directly via the "Website" or the "App", or request to MY INSURER to delete its account, and

  • At anytime the "User" may request to its sponsor or MY INSURER to receive a full set of data contained in the "Website" and the "App".

2. Purpose of Use

  • All information collected, including Non Personalised Identification Information (NPII) and Personalised Identification Information (PII) data, may be used by us in the aggregate or individually and may be combined with other information for purposes including but not limited to the following:

    • Administering the "Website" and the "App",

    • Verifying "User" identity for the purposes of providing the Wellnex products or services to eligible members of the programme only,

    • Improving "User" browsing experience by personalising the 'Website" or the "App"; 

    • Providing to services that "Users" have specifically requested, responding to its enquiries or requests pursuant to emails and/or submission of form(s) on the Website,

    • Responding to and taking follow-up action on complaints,

    • Providing third parties with statistical information about "Users"– but such information will not be used to identify any individual "Users",

    • Generating statistical and financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, audit and record keeping purposes,

    • MY INSURER will not, without "User" express consent, provide "User" personal data to third parties for the purposes of direct marketing or any other initiatives that will affect "User" experience with MY INSURER, and

    • The app WELLNEX gives to the "User" the opportunity to enjoy exclusives and captive services.  No data will be shared to any provider of such services unless you gave your prior consent via the app by accepting their offer through a click of a button named "Interested".  The data that will be provided if "User" shows interest are and only are:

      • ​First Name and Nast Name,

      • ​Email and Phone Number.


  • MY INSURER  will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information,

  • MY INSURER  will comply to the rules and regulation of the country where it operates when it comes to data management (storage, flow, collection) and security requirement,

  • MY INSURER will store all the personal information you provide on secure servers. All electronic transactions "User" makes will be encrypted using SSL technology,

  • "User" understands that the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secured. Although MY INSURER  will do its best to protect User personal data, MY INSURER cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Website; and

  • "User" is responsible for keeping its password confidential. MY INSURER will never ask for a password to any of its "User".


  • MY INSURER will not disclose "User" data without your prior consent unless MY INSURER is under a duty to disclose or share "User" personal data in order to:

    • Comply with any legal obligation;

    • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements;

    • Protect the rights, property, or safety of us and our affiliates and subsidiaries, other users of the Website, or others; and

    • In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

  • MY INSURER may from time to time and in compliance with all applicable laws on data privacy, discloses "User" Personal Data to any personnel of MY-INSURER or to third parties, whether located in Singapore or elsewhere, in order to carry out the purposes of its services. Please be assured that when MY INSURER  discloses "User" personal data to such parties, MY INSURER requires them to ensure that any personal data disclosed are kept confidential and secure.


  • When "Users" use the Website or the App, MY INSURER may collect and store information about "User" computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration,

  • This is statistical data about users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.


  • MY INSURER uses cookies to distinguish "Users" from other "Users" of the Website and the App.

  • This helps MY INSURER to provide "Users" with a good experience when he/she browses the Website or the App and also allows MY INSURER to improve the Website.


  • The Website and the App may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of MY INSURER partner networks and vendors.

  • These websites have their own privacy policies and MY INSURER does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies, and

  • "User" must check these policies before submitting any personal data to these websites.


  • Section 25 of the PDPA requires an organisation to cease to retain its documents containing personal data, or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal data, and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.


  • MY INSURER will issue an email reminder 3 working days following the expiration of a subscription should no renewal be made. 

  • A "Sponsor" will be given a grace period of 14 working days to effect a renewal before the account is deemed inactive and MY INSURER will proceed to close it; thereby removing the access of the all the data within.

  • The User data of an inactive "Sponsor" account will remain active, accessible and editable to the User only, 

  • Should a 'User" requests MY INSURER to delete its account and its data, MY INSURER will comply within 48h00 following the User demand,

  • When a 'Sponsor" chooses to delete the data in the system, the deletion functions are called "DELETE SQL" and will delete data immediately from the database,

  • MY INSURER retain the data of its employees up to 30 working days from the date of resignation provided that it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purposes for which the personal data were collected, and are no longer necessary for legal or business purposes. Unless, it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.


  • At any time, a "User" can withdraw from a "Sponsor" by deleting such "Sponsor" from its Community,

  • As a consequence, all the "User" data will be immediately removed from the "Sponsor" Account and the "Sponsor" will not have any access to any information of the "User", and 

  • The "Sponsor" will receive a notification of such withdrawal and will not be able to send notification, publications, news & offers to the "User".
