Ask me about…
What I’m most excited to bring to our clients at Chi Tree Health

One’s never stuck for good, just committed to certain patterns of behaviour, and changing the formula produces a different result! My goal is to equip our clients with the skills and tools they need to flourish despite work challenges such as stress and burnout. Life’s too short to languish. As Audrey Hepburn famously said, “nothing is impossible, the word itself says I’m possible!”.

What are some of my challenges when it comes to food, exercise and lifestyle practices?

I’m a true foodie so my greatest challenge is probably practising self-restraint when wanting to eat all the yummy food Singapore has to offer on a daily basis.

Three things I’ll take to a desert island

1. A speedboat – I’m close to getting my license!
2. My best friend
3. Private chef, along with his ingredients and utensils
