What’s the talk about:
"Sleep is the best meditation" -Dalai Lama.
Sleep is absolutely crucial for vital functions that allow your body and mind to recharge, leave you refreshed, alert and ready to start the day.
Start optimising sleep for health and wellbeing with Ella Hutton - Organisational Psychologist at Chi Tree Health, and Davina Ho - certified Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher, who will dive into the relationship between sleep, stress, burnout and workplace performance.
The session will close with a meditation that you can practice at home to prepare yourself for a night of quality sleep.
