Richard Eu

Prior to becoming Chairman of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (EYSI) board in 2017, Richard had helmed the EYSI Group as CEO for 28 years and led the modernisation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry.


With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Richard serves and advises on both private sector as well as non-profit boards. He has been awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Singapore in 2011, Singapore Corporate Awards 2010 for CEO of the year in the small cap category and was presented with the Public Service Award (PBM) in the 2020 National Day Honours for his contribution as Chairman of Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
